How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your GhLearner account, please send an email to: [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your account:

  • Your registered name.

  • Your essay submissions and any feedback received.
  • Your OTP verification history.
  • Referral information associated directly with your account.
  • Login history and authentication tokens.

What Data May Be Kept?

For legal, security, or operational reasons, some data may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form, or in backups, for a limited period. This may include:

  • Anonymized usage statistics to improve our services (data that can no longer be linked to you).
  • Records of financial transactions, if any, as required by law.
  • Data necessary for compliance with legal obligations.
  • Data in system backups, which are cycled out according to our backup retention policy (e.g., data in backups may be retained for up to [e.g., 90 days] before being permanently erased).

Additional Retention Period
